i have a painful commute from/to central jersey to manhattan (chelsea) twice a day.  100 minutes door-to-door.  i guess it could be worse, but i need a place in manhattan.  i had a good prospect that fell through at 21st and 8th/9th.  so, back to square one.

if you have a friend or a friend-of-a-friend[-of-a-friend] who has a place to short-term sublet for 3-6mo, please let me know.  i want a studio or 1bd around chelsea or midtown.  i have good credit and i’m responsible and i can provide previous landlord references if needed.
