my feeds have a low signal-to-noise ratio

i need a better news reader. one that remembers the kinds of stuff i spend more time reading vs stuff i just view and skip over quickly. perhaps i’ll write that app. it’ll need to detect sips and maybe find other feeds it thinks i’d be interested in.
